Citizenship- eligibility

Hi

I Got my Green card in June 1998 (through visa lottery), at that time i was studying in my home country so i kept visiting USA every six months.
Since July 2001 i have been here in USA without any absence. I will also have my 3 years tax return papers this april.

Now i want to know that am i eligible of applying for my citizenship. (Note i am not married to a US citizen nor am i working for Armed forces of US).

I will appreciate if you could answer my question quickly.

two conditions u need to meet

time limit is 5 years from the date PR got stamped. Two things to take care of though

1- should not be out more then 6 months if so they can excuse between (6-12months) if u have valid reason like u do u were studying.

2-count the days u were here in US while visiting as soon as u complete 30 months u can apply not before that

dowload form n400 and its guide from www.ins.gov and u will be get answers for ur questions.
