We've never heard of anybody being denied for that. There were a couple of people who were hassled in the interview for leaving in less than a month, but they were still approved.
How long did you work for them while the I-485 was pending, and how long after GC approval? Did you work for them at least one day after GC approval?
How much time was there between the I-140 filing and them going out of business?
