No I don't know the exact date. But a person with Id 'highlander' here told me that . That post is in Memphis timeline thread.

I can try but I am not sure if they will let me do it or not.

No response still about denial?

Hi there,
I still didn't hear any answers regarding a time limit for the USCIS to send a denial letter if the application was denied.

I had my interview in Feb 2005, but my case was on record with CIS since Nov 2002. I am not waiting one more day. I am filing a suit.

Hey Publicus, why did it take them 2 years to schedule you even just for your interview?
