citizenship application in 1.5 yrs.

I'm new to this topic, will file for citizenship in 1.5 years but would like to check a few things. How long can I be out of USA on a green card without delaying or complicating my citizenship application in the future. How long does the process take this process take these days?

Generally any trip above 6 months or back to back trips of just under 6 months will bring into question your continuous residency.

As for processing times, it really depends on what DO you fall under..anywhere from 3-8 months is average these days.
