citizenship application for my son who is less than 18

I am a permanent resident for about 5 years. I am planning to apply for
citizenship. My son is less than 18 years old. What form I need to use.
I have seen N600. But it talks about the citizenship details of parents.

We (the parents) are also applying for citizenship. So we are not citizens
yet.

Could someone please clarify?
