Citizenship application - Any travel restrictions during the process?

Hi All,
Do I need to take Advance parole if I am applying to citizenship and travelling out of country for 3-4 months.

The I-131 reentry permit doesn't help at all for preserving natz residence. As far as the N-400 goes, you can continue to travel with the same freedoms/restrictions as any other GC holder. You must also continue to maintain all the natz eligibility criteria right up until the day you take your oath. (USCIS staff ask questions about travel, moral behavior etc during the oath registration process)
