Citizenship and divorce

I got my green card and my citizenship thru marriage to my ex-wife who is a US citizen.
green card in 2005 and my citizenship in 2008,got divorced in 2010. When can i petition for my finance whom am in now in relationship with.
 
You can petition for her right now. But USCIS will be suspicious if it seems like you might have known her before you got your GC, such as if she came from the same city and country as you.
 
With my green card, citizenship and divorce timeline do you think its gonna be a problem with the k-1 application. Please respond. Thanks
