Kukush : It has nothing to do with what you told the prosecutor, it has everything to do with what is written on the piece of paper which was given to you when the case was dismissed. If you verbally pled and it got noted down, it is an issue. However, if they dismissed you as NOT GUILTY, then you have to stick to that story somehow. You can not go to CIS and disclose this private understanding but have to go by your official record. What did it say?
