Hello, a quick question. How long does it take ,since a citizen sponsors GC for parents, for them to enter US? When can they apply for EAD?

They won't be eligible for EAD or I-485 because it sounds like they are currently outside the US. The correct route is I-130 followed by consular processing (CP), which takes somewhere around 9-12 months processing time.
