When do I need to use 485 approval notice after PP stamping?

Besides PP, do I need to carry 485 approval notice to travel abroad?
Will the INS officers at airport check 485 approval notice in addition to PP?

The I551 stamp looks quite informal and easy to be counterfeited.
The 485 approval notice is printed on an anti-fraud paper.

Hi SC708,

I understand your concern over the informal I-551 stamp, but the
stamp is all you need to travel out and return to the country.
There is no need to carry the approval notice.

If you have a courtesy copy or original or a photo copy of the same, there is nothing wrong in carrying it in case if you have to do some explaining somewhere.
