Did they put I-94 details under the actual stamp for you

We got our passport stamped but the IIO put I-485 approval date for DOE field for my spouse and another IIO put date of last entry for me. Do we need to get it corrected if we want to travel. I don\'t see any relavence why we need that info on the stamp. They put COS, POE, DOE etc along with the stamp for us.

no just A number and CSC/ E26 / 08/21/01 ( approval date ) for me ..
A number and CSC/ E27 / 08/21/01 ( approval date ) for wife ..date is 08/27/01 and expiry of stamp is 08/27/02.

Sorry for the delay in replying your message. My internet
connection was down for days. It just came back up minutes
ago.

The AVM will not change after passport stamp. However, it
will indicate "processing complete" once your I-89 form
is received by CSC.

what is I89 form? does the officer fill it up ( on which our index FP and signature ) is there? we didnt fill any form ourself...
