Ciba, I think you haven\'t updated my I-485 case. I\'m WAITING_MAN and below is my info as of 02/07/2001:
R# - WAC-00-269-XXXXX (EB3 - RIR)
AP - Approved 12/00
EAD - Still waiting for AD
485 - RFE. Evidence is still with our lawyer. Don\'t when our lawyer is going to send it.
Country - Other

Hi Waiting_Man,
You must have posted your updated info around the time when CSC
discussion board here disappeared all of a sudden. I could not
retrieve messages as a result.
I will update your case shortly. Meanwhile, please keep us posted

I\'ve been trying to ask our company lawyer about the RFE, but it seems that it\'s very hard for her to tell me exactly what is the evidence that the INS is asking for. I don\'t know if the document that is being requested is so confidential that she cannot tell me exactly what it is. I\'m really confused.
Ciba, I forgot to include in my info, I\'m finished with my FP last Nov. 3, 2000 (received two (2) notice for FP, ignore the second notice). Again, your doing a good job in tracking the 485 CSC cases. I\'ll let you know as soon as I receive something or anything from our lawyer.
