ciba - \'Green Card\' processing

I just checked on my application process. I got I-551 stamped on my passport on Jan 19th. Now, the message says \'Processing for the Alien Registration Card or Green Card is complete. The INS document will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready\'. What exactly does it mean? Does it imply that the Card has been ordered? How long does it normally take from now on to receive the card?

Hi APR,

Your card has not been ordered yet. That message indicates that CSC
has received the I-89 form forwarded by the local office where you
stamped your passport. The message will change once again when a
card is ordered for you. Since you just stamped your passport, you
still have a few more months to wait.
