Can any one please let me know how to get through the phone with an IIO in the CSC...I didn\'t have any luck with the connection? is there any trick,
 
I tried also millions of times and no luck.

I think if you live in Southern calif area, you can go to the CSC office. I went there once, only a few people and the officers were very nice.
 
How to reach an IIO by phone

Here is a trick I learned from others and it has always worked for me.

Since the office hours for IIOs are 9-3:30, you can try to call in around 8:30am (last time I got in was at 8:50 at my first dial), then you have to stay on-line by repetively using the automated system such as checking status, looking for mailing address, etc. And keep trying to reach an IIO by dialing "0". At 9:00am, luckily you are told to "hold" for the next available representative. Then you have to wait for another 15-30 min.

This method always works for me. The only thing is that you have to check your status for like 100 times (and telephone tolls of course). Good luck.
