Christmas music at BCIS - already!

I am waiting to speak to an IIO - I know this won't give me much information - but ...

And guess what! My expected time is more than 7 minutes and I get to hear Christmas music while I wait....

Is anybody 'working' there?

Once new year day is completed they are doing special registration. They have tight schedule. Heard that they have ordered for do not disturb boards in our EAD/AP renewal fees!!!!!
