Checked the AVM Last night and heard approval for myself, spouse and son.

Congrats !! Could you clarify about NIW ? I did not know that an EB2 could be NIW ??

Since I stay in same field I don\'t think VSC would mind my job change. But luckily they didn\'t send me REF and it saved me some time.

For NIW question, you still have to make choice for EB1 or EB2 when you apply NIW. I applied for EB2/NIW with Ph.D because my lawyer didn\'t think I met the requirements of EB1. However, my friend with master degree was granted EB1/NIW with another lawyer. Usually EB1 is faster than EB2.

When you changed your job, were you using your H1B or EAD as means of authorization?
