Hi;

My wife, a US citizen, applied for her Parents to become permnent residents. They passed the interview in the embassy and obtained the immigration visa file last month. Now they are planning to come to the US in July 2005. My question is related to three of thier children aged 18, 14, and 10.

My questions are:
1- Can the children accompain them to the US?
2- When we sent the I-130 application, the embassy told my wife that she has to apply for her father and mother first. Once they get their green card, they can apply for their minor children. So we did not send a separate I-130 for each child. but we listed them in the I-130 of the parents. Did we do the right thing?
3- When the parents come to the US in july, the first thing they will do is send an I-130 for their children. How long would take for the children to obtain green cards?

Thanks
