I would like to know if my children can migrate with me to America with different surname. I want my children to bear my father first name as their surname why I retained to to bear family name as surname. Based on this hope embassy wont denied us?
As long as you can prove they are yours. carry birth certificates and official name change documents. even ur own birth certificate where your father's name is visible. Anything you think they might ask for, have it with you.
