Child Welcome letter & Physical GC not received..

Hi,

My Son's 485 was approved on Sep 23 2004 and CIS ordered his card on the same day.

After two weeks the online message changed as:

"On October 25, 2004, the card or document we had mailed to the applicant was returned by the post office because they could not deliver it. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

Looks like they mailed the card to my old address. (We moved to different apt in the same complex in 2002)

I am calling the service center every month and requesting to resend the card to my new address. (They are accepting only one request per 30 days). So far we did not receive my son's card and welcome notice.

Is it possible to get the passport stamping with the copy of email approval notification from USCIS with out welcome letter in this care?

Please advice..I appreciate your help.

I believe its not possible with online confirmation copy. You can check with attorney if he/she has a copy.

---that is your mistake you were supposed to update the new address with your sevice center, now send letter and update the address mail certified return reciept
you can also file Form G-731

-- I think no, but nothing wrong with taking infopass and going to local office they can check with A#
with out welcome letter in this care?
