MY wife working on EAD, has advance Parole
I am on h1b, applied for EAD, plnning to use since expected to lay-off late this month.
Question is
If I use my EAD, what would be the status of my 8 year old child. DO I need to do anything.
Do I need to apply for his AP if planning to go out of country.
But how would he enter back in USA. H4 valid till 2004 but will it valid if both of us are on EAD.
