Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone else here have any knowledge of this new law that just passed in august 2002. My parents filed their petition in 1989, at that time i was underage, and was part of their petition. Their case was assigned a NVC (national visa center) case number in july of 2002, but i had already "aged out", became an adult (unmarried) by then. anyone know if under this new law will i be elgible to recieve a green card with my family? any information is well appreciated!!
