I am here from India on a visitor visa. My purpose of visit
is to attend child custody hearings. I learnt that the hearings
have been prolonged and will continue beyond my I94
expiry date.
When I file for visitor visa extension do I need to provide
a copy of the return flight ticket? I have not booked the return
ticket yet, since I do not know when the hearings will end.
Also, the I539 application says I require a copy of my
employment certificate from India. Is that really required?
Is it enough if I provide attorney certified copies of my
court hearing dates?
