We are applying for the DV2015 and one of our children is born in the US as we currently live in the US on a working visa. Do we have to include our American child in our application? Thanks.

No you don't, but there's no penalty in doing so.

What Hexa said came directly from the instructions - that you don't need to include a child who is already a US citizen or LPR, but you won't be penalized for doing so.
