child birth in India after CG?

Does same rule apply for obtaining citizenship if the child is minor ? in other words let's say the Parents and kid is a greencard holder and for some reason we all decide to move to our home country before 5 yrs and without applying for citizenship. Can the child get US citizenship later on on the ground that when the child was minor he/she really could not decide for him/her self ?

How long the child have to wait before he/she can apply for US citizenship ? We are looking for options/ways and means to obtain US citizenship for our child even if we may not become the citizen and decided to move back.

there is no such law that gives your child the benefit of not being in a position to decide, at least in my knowledge.

these guys llok at the facts and not at what-if-else scenarios.

You are right that the child does not have any say in his/her parent's decision but that's the way it is....
