My husband applied for I-485 with myself and daughter as family dependents.
We were approved and received approval notices for fingerprinting and stamps last week. We were planning on going to Minnesota for that this tuesday/wednesday.
we assumed daughter (age 8), would received her green card in the mail, since we had an approval notice for that the other day, stating that her card would be mailed out but, this morning we got an e-mail from INS stating that her approval notice was mailed on the 24th.
Question is: Does she need to accompany us to Minnesota for this fingerprinting/stamp in the passport process or not?
