For I-130/I-485 processing timelines you should look up your district office.
I-765 takes about 90 days.
BTW there is no "Chicago service center", its just a mailing room in Chicago. Your files are actually at the National Benefits Center (AKA Missouri Service Center), and will be forwarded either to your local office for interview, or to the California Service Center for approval without interview (unlikely unless you came here on a K-1).
