processing order

Could anybody tell me if LC is processed by case# order or not?
Also, are the RIR and non-RIR cases# mixed together or separated? Thanks!

The following is my case(non-RIR/EB3) information.
case#: 054048XX
send to DOL from IN state date: 01/04/2002
DOL received date: 01/08/2002

Why some of cases does not change the status? like case#, 05403938, 05403939, 05403940...

Since there is no any action on them, does it mean that those cases are regular cases and have to wait for a while? Does anybody know? Thanks alot!

c4naperville: can you confirm dates for case 05403944 and 05403945

Case 05403944 and 05403945 have been approved in a week. Is that possible? Is it because of the DOT Codes?

Let me know.

I know this is not true but..........

AM I THE LAST APPLICANT AT DOL Chicago? If not, where are all the people who have applied after me????

In the tracker my case has been pushed down.... I would like to see it pushed up and this can be achieved only by adding applicants after me!

Are RIR and non-RIR mixed

I had the same question...

I guess DOL is giving the case numbers in the order it received (RIR and non-RIR EB2 or EB3 etc..), but the processing times may vary.

Somebody correct me if I am wrong.

You are not the last one.

You may be last in the list, but you are not the last. Most of my friends are still waiting for their case numbers .......

List is certainly gonna grow like a tree. Thats for sure.

Few people don\'t no about this thread, they are looking all over...

Is the DOL started Rejecting RIR cases

Hello Guys & Gals:

Did the DOL started rejecting RIR cases?.Is that true or False. Please correct me if I\'m wrong. The reason in DOL they are saying due the economic downturn we started rejecting RIR cases that\'s what I had heard from Lawyer.

Do you have any idea please post your suggeations after talking to concern person(Lawyer).Since all of them here in the same boat.

No new approvals

Things have definitely slowed down. I have not seen any approvals on 4/3 or 4/4/02. There were some 12/19/01 cases approved on 4/1 and 4/2, but since then no approvals. I am not sure if this is because of the new memo regarding "RIR applications to get more scrutiny". Hopefully it\'s not that. If that is the case then we all might see a big delay in RIR cases. Good luck and keep your fingers crossed and keep this thread alive.

why was RIR rejected?

anil bali,
why was RIR rejected. what is your dot code and which state are you from?

Things seem to have really slowed down

Thanks for the update c4naperville. The adjudication times have crept up to 3.5 months. As JRChicago mentioned earlier there has been no movement for the past 2 days. Going by reports from other immigration websites RIR/LC is being affected. My case No. is right around the corner. Lets sit tight and hope for the best.

Things did not really slowed down.

For the last one months the lead time is around 3 Montths 15 days to 20 days. For that matter ine took 3 months 17 days. Some times DOL doesn\'t update the status in their database. You might suddenly see a lot of cases cleared one day.
