chicago office phone numbers

I was local chicago office ins phone number to get some info, I tried two following ph#s, but no body picks up the ph and at the end v/m starts. is there any other ph# for where office where you can speak to live INS agent. the number that I tried are as follows.
312-385-1500 and 312-385-1820

Nobody picks up the phone in any BCIS office. You have to do a dry run first
