Chicago Lock Box Processing Times??

I'm trying to get an idea about Processing times. When I checked the processing times in the USCIS website, only 4 service centers are listed and nothing is said about apps sent to Chicago lock box. If we filed with the Chicago Lock box, which Service center will the I-130, I-485 apps be sent to?

Earlier I read that all apps sent to CL box are routed to California s.c., reagardless of where the applicant resides in the U.S. Is this still happening? For Consular Processing apps, where do we find I-130 processing times? I looked in the USCIS web site, but I'm not able to find answers about CP?

Can someone please help?

Filled with Chicago lock box you have to check National Benefits Center...they processing I-765 (EAD) and I-131 AP. Your I-485 and I-130 will be processed at your DO ( if you filled the whole package together, usually they approve both of them on your interview).

Do you know where I should be looking to check Processing Dates for Consular processing of I-130? The consulate will be in India. Thanks.
