chicago lock box and delivery confirmation

Hi Guys,

I sent my EAD renewal application last week and i have not yet
recieved any delivery confirmation from USPS saying its delivered. It
still shows up as package accepted for delivery! The customer service
is no help , they say i can file lost and found after 14 business
days. I sent this to chicago lockbox , did anyone have any problem
getting delivery confirmation there? I am not sure what to do now , to
file a second application or wait for the checks to be cashed , but i
am loosing precious time each day :( Any similar experiences or
thoughts will be helpful. Is there a way to contact chicago lockbox?

what happends if i send second application and first one is also recieved?

whats that chicago lockbox. its very tough to answer.

if i were you, im not sure whether ill send another application with a cover letter again or wait. but normally folks receive the receipt in 2 weeks.

i am thinking to efile next time, so i wont have these issues.

Yeah i guess i just have to wait the two weeks and see if the checks cash.. I have to pay for using USPS .. next time it is fedex next day wioth e-file :(
 
Isn't is that the LockBoxes only accept regular mails? Lockboxes are just like a PO Box in my understanding. There is no one to sign any delivery confirmatiion or registered receipt. When I send my regular mortgage payment, it goes to a lock box center. But when I want to send it a over night mail or I wanna send a registered payment (principal payment in large amount), they always give me a different address. May be I am talking nonsense but this is just my hypothesis.

finally USPS updated this to delivered today .
