immiIL, thanks for your reply. I also asked my lawyer to do a status check about a week ago. Do you happen to know how long it takes to get a feedback for BCIS for status check? It looks like many people with later RD and TD already got interviewed.
 
Status Check!

Hi AlexIm

Yesterday i did go to Chicago office to get parole documents. And after that i did my 485 status check.

The lady said as per Jan30,2004 the file is in Interview scheduled room. She does not know about scheduling status.
She has a hardtime to get the information. And asked me to wait 2 hours. And then she called me and said i can not get the sheduled information as system are upgraded over the weekend. and she said if it is scheduled she will give a call.

I don't think i can get a call. But anyway i did get some information.

Status Check!

Hi ImmiIL,

Did you have any progress recently?

Today I went to Chicago office and did my 485 status check.

The lady said my case is still pending. Right now they are processing case filed on Aug 2001.

We are at least close to that date even though many people with late date already got it.

Hi AlexIm,

Recently i got 3rd Fingerprint notice.

I went to ASC, Naperville for my 3rd FP on Feb 28.

I did ask them about my 2nd FP which was given in Aug 16th.

They said they don't have any record of my 2nd FP. This was strange to me.

What else i do. I did give 3rd FP and still waiting for interview notice.
