Hi,
I am new to the forum and to the GC processing/procedures, so please pardon my ignorance on these issues.
The company attorney just informed me that he has sent my state LC application to Chicago by mail and has supplied me with a USPS tracking number.
My question is whether the labor department sends any acknowledgement or recipt or any tracking number which can be used for tracking the progress of the application.
My attorney mentioned that no such reciept is sent by the departemnt. Is this true ?
I'd also appreciate any help in educating me on topic related to LC filing.
Thanks !!
