Hi all,
My state labour is done and now they are sending to federal..which will be chicago. I am in minneapolis. Mine is NON-RIR. I have been following the dates for labor and I see that non-RIR for chicago is still in 07/2002. Is that true? Also can my company change to RIR by following the procedure for federal labour certification?

I am looking at a year now :(

I work in same area too (Saint Paul, Minnesota) but my company is based in California hence applied from there. Have been waiting for almost 2 years and now DOL is remanding applications to state.

Have Patience and feel lucky that you will get LC within a year.
