My case moved to Chicago after got cleared from Michigan on Aug. 07th. When will my case get clear from Chicago?
Also please let me know the documents needed for I140 & I485. Thanks.
 
If it has reached Federal level in Chicago it may be cleared in 3-4 months time but recently more NOF are being issued to RIR cases and cases are being remanded to SESA this trend has started few days back for RIR cases

Now in FED at Chicago..... June 28th cases are being processed.... yesterday my friend got june 27th recieved case approved
 
How do we track the Federal Labor from Chicago whether it is approved or not? My case has been transfered and I have no idea how to track the Federal labor details. I am new to this form and please let me know how do we track the labor whether it is approved or not?
 
Chicago labor

Two ways to track it:

1) Call 312 353 1059 & track your case with your employer phone # or your federal labor case number if you know it.

2) Send an email to LCSTATUS05@doleta.gov, leave the subject blank & in the messgae either type
Employer Phone (xxx) xxx-xxxx - AND / OR - Tax ID xx-xxxxxxx. Though the email doesn't seem to be working for the last couple of months.
