... about the number? B\'coz all the numbers from 05401990 to 05401999 have been approved except for one which was withdrawn.
 
Sure of Number..

I am very sure of the Case Number and the dot code is 030.162-014.and the case number is 0540259X and I just rechecked it.Is it some thing to do with RIR and Non RIR or some thing eith DOT code?
Anyway thanx for the responce..

No updates on friday

Looks like the phone system or the e-mail system was not updated or the DOL did not process any cases on friday. Please post if anybody got to know about their cases from you lawyers.
 
The number you mentioned in your previous post was different

The number you specified in your second post has not yet been processed so far. DOL has not come so far yet.
 
DOL

I have no clue how DOL works. But I can assure you that DOL has
CERTIFIED a few cases received on 10/31/2001, although there are quite
a number of cases pending from previous dates. It appears as if DOL did not
CERTIFY any cases on friday or DOL did not update the system yet.

Is the RD almost the same as the date when you receive the letter from state labor department saying your documents have been transmitted to DOL? or will it take another month to get the RD after the SESA notice? Does anybody know it? Appreciate in advance!!!

SESA Transmitting date is not RD in DOL.Your RD will be 2days later than SESA TD.

I am worried too..there were no signs that any new cases were approved from last Friday onwards..is the system screwed up? or there a holiday to DOL?
 
Relax guys!

I don\'t believe DOL updates their system everyday. When they do, it happens between 5-6 am in the morning. Good luck!
