Hi All,

My case was sent from Ohio DOL to Chicago DOl in July 2003. it was non-rir EB2. My lawyer called to verify that Chicago DOL received my case. Within a week I was certified. Got certified on Nov 24th.

Have your lawyers call. it seems to make a difference
 
NON-RIR SESA

Any idea when you submiited to the SESA and how long did it take to transfer from SESA to DOL in the chicago region. I am one of those late commers in the race for NON RIR labor

The LC file number is V-IL 44045.
Priority date is 5/8/02 in SESA Chicago.

I know the dates are stuck at 4/2001 for more than a year. Anyone in the same boat, help me understand. Anybody has any better news?
