If on processing time page of USCIS website, it is showing only Chicago IL in drop down box. Does that mean that IL has only one district office that is Chicago? or it can have more than one district office also?

How can we check processing times for district offices?
 
The field office locater on the USCIS site shows that IL is serviced by 2 district offices depending on your zip code.

Once you have determined what district office you are serviced by you can then look up the corresponding processing times for that district office. Just remember that the posted USCIS processing times are actually goals rather than real time data.
