Friends,

Our 485 cases are approved as per USCIS email.

I want to thank Rajiv for this wonderful site and good luck to you all.

I have couple of questions.

1. Right now I am in CA, Can I go for stamping at CA or do I need to go to Boston ?

2. How soon can I change my employer ?

Here are my details.

RD 06/17/02
FP1 08/20/02
RFE 11/25/03 (RFE for birth certificate)
RFE recd by USCIS 02/06/04
FP2 03/29/04 (Done early FP at San Jose, CA. Scheduled at Boston)
AD 08/12/04

Congratulations.

1. You don't have to be in Boston for stamping, you can get it done in local office.

2. People used stay for 6 months with the same company to avoid any possible problems w/ Naturalization. Now-a-days no one cares....you are good to change job whenever you want to.
