Hi,

I am told that for the medical tests to be done..we have to be in lister lab before 10:30 with passport size photos. Is this true or can the tests be conducted the whole day. Please respond

That is correct. You have to go there early in the morning to get the tests done.

My tests took 10 mins in total time + 5 mins to fill forms and pay fees.

a. I have already paid $335 each for myself and my wife. Do I still have to pay $65 in the consulate??

b. Should I fill in I-864? I was told to fill I-134 as my case is an employment-based CP. Was I instructed right?

Here are answeres for your questions based on my cp experience:

>> YOU DON'T NEED TO PAY ANY THING. MAKE SURE TO CARRY THE EVIDENCE THEAT YOU PAID $335 (I PRODUCED COUNTER FOIL ISSUED BY MY BANK)

>> NO. I-134 IS SUFFICIENT.
