It is the FAX sent to NVC after NVC creates your case.

The confimration letter states that the applicant is ready for
NVC to forward the case to the appropriate consulate for
consular processing.

If you do not fax it, NVC will anyway mail your lawyer a
letter asking if we are ready to forward the case to consulate.
The Fax is just to cut down two weeks of mailing delays.

Hi p_r, can you tell me the Fax number of NVC ? I understand that you have to wait for NVC establishing a case number for you then confirm
your cp. After that, can you download the packet 3 from web and mail that to the consulate ? Otherwise, youo have to wait for a couple of months for RD and packet 3 from NVC.
