Chennai consulate passport delivery

My wife is going for her H4 visa interview to Chennai consulate on 13th July and we are taking a flight to US on 17th morning. Is there any way to pickup the passport from the Bluedart office instead of waiting for them to deliver. If so, please explain the procedure.
