Chennai Consulate: 221g documentation

Hi Friends,

The same status is issued for me. I submitted my documents & still my passport with a letter stating my petition is returned back to US & i am rejected.

If any gentlemen knows the way for proceeding next step, please update us.

Can we file a new petition for this year quota thru different employers?

Got 221g 3 months back a blue one

Folks,

I have got 221g 3 months back with documents required:

1) Name and Immigration Status of all the emplyoees.
2) Photo of office premises.
3) Market analysis.
4) Description of internal projects.

My employeer has not yet sent the documents and is saying still need a week or two. I have to drop these documents in drop box in bangalore.

Have anyone had this experience before ? Whats the probability of my getting H1 Visa.

Please help, I am on verge since the quota for this year is also in closing face ?
 
This is very common requirements whenever consulate suspect about your sponser. If you provide authenticated documents asked then good chances to get visa stamped. If the company is just a body shoppers with out any back ground , you will not get your visa stamped.

Since Year 2008 quota start this April 1, you have time to file new H1 with new sponser with in 2 weeks.

Thanks a lot for your reply, my employeer is proper company and is in process of sending the documents. But My Concern is do you think the delay of 3 and half months will lead to rejection of Visa.
In my 221g clause it says:
"WARNING: if you fail to take action with one year of the 221(g) Ineligibility, your application will expire"

Please let me know
