Chennai Apoointments for feb mar apr 2004

how is it that appointments for feb mar apr 2004 for chennai are already over. i am attending my visa interview on jan 23 and i am gettin marrried on jan 29. i am hopingto get my fiance a H4 in february?? do they open the interview slots later or all of them filled already??

How do you know its all over? Incase they are disabled it means they have not been opened yet. Did it specifically say all appointments are over?

Couple of days ago I did logged in and took an appointment at Chennai Consulate for H4 Interview in Feb 2004..and currently they are open for Month of Feb 2004.Not sure about the month of April.
