Checks not encashed for I-485 filed on 07/12/2007

my lawyer filed I-485 on 07/12/2007 in nebraska . no checks have been encashed yet. iam a little bit concerned as nebraska moved to 07/29 and texas to 07/19.

has the applications filed in nebraska from july 2 to july 17 have been moved to texas??

Any one in the same boat ???

my check get encashed today . we have filed our case on AUG 06 2007.

Me too in the same boat. my lawyer filed I-485 on 08/09/2007 in nebraska . Is it it too early . Do I need t owait for another 2 more weeks. What needs to be done and how to follow it up.
