CHECKLIST of M-476 Guide and N400 Form--is there any mismatch?

When I look at M-476 guide, below instructions are given.. however, could not see those questions in N400.. wondering, if N400 is updated than the Guide ? Would appreciate your feedback..

If your answer "Yes" to questions 1 thro 15 in part-7 of N400 form, send:
-written explanation on a separate sheet of paper

If you answer "No" to any question 1 thro 5 in part -8 of N400 form, send:
-written explanation on a separate sheet of paper

Explanation:

N400 and N400 instruction document change every 1 or 2 years. M476 is more stable. So you better use N400 instruction document for how to fill N400

If we compare curent N400 and previous version, what significant changes can we notice? Significant means new questions asked, old question deleted?

In fact, current N400 has already expired. Don't know when they produce new versions.
 
i agree...we should follow n400 instructions..none reported any issue from USCIS...i think they know this and i do not believe it should be any concern to anyone....
 
Thanks for the feedback.. I agree, N400 Instructions are more latest and inline with N400 form.. than the guide..
