Our AOS was received this morning. Now I know we need to wait for the notices, to see the case status online using application receipt number.

1)how do you get the LUD ?. Do I need to do anything additional to see that ? or case status online with the application receipt number will show the LUD.

2)Also, is it a must to have an online account created ?
 
I think you need to create an online account and add your case numbers to your portfolio in order to see the LUD changes. Without an account, all you see is the lates message, which does not change with every LUD.
 
I created an online account around end of May. 2 Days ago when I tried to login, it didn't let me. When I selected the link for Forgot my password, getting "
* Email address was not found." message.

do we need to access frquently once we crete an account ? I probably need to create an account again right ?
 
I do not think so. I created an account back in January that I did not login to until May or so. Could you have mistyped your e-mail address? Or could they have deleted it if you did not have any cases in your portfolio? I would just create a new account, but maybe wait until you have the case numbers so that you can populate your portfolio.

I don't know if this your case, but a wile ago, the site asked, for security purpose to choose a new password.

Try to create a new passport and subscribe to email notifications.

Try the forgot password option. or register again with a new account.
If you get an error which says your receipt numbers are not recognized when you enter them, its normal, tell me something new :D
 
Received NOA's Cannot check status

We received our NOA's & Receipt #'s
I have already created an account to check status Online However when I input receipt number system states that case does not exist :confused:

So is there a delay in the time of receipt of NOA for the Online status to recognise receipt numbers?
 
Yes, there is a delay - I couldn't see any LUDs in my portfolio online for about 2 weeks after I had gotten the receipt notices and set it up. For USCIS, this is normal - don't worry about it.
 
Hi
I was able to check the status of mine the day I received the receipts, however, I never received a receipt for the I-131 (travel doc) so I have no clue how that is going. The rest you can see in my signature.
