Checking the Labor Approval Status

Hi,

My Labor has been applied with Labor Dept - State of Ohio by April 2004. I am on 8th year extension of my H1-B visa now.
The Labor dept of State of Ohio -told my employer that by April 2005 my Labor case has been sent to Dallas backlog center. So far my employer didnot receive the 45 days notice or anyother information. Is there a way I can check online the status of my Labor Approval?

Labor Approval status check

Hi,

I forgot to mention that my labor process was applied on EB2 category during April 2004. Last year during October, Labor dept called my employer to verify my employment and my employer confirmed the same and asked the labor dept to process my labor certification. Kindly help me to check the labor certification (approval) status online.
