Checking Case Status online question!!!

We applied for wife's EAD/AP renewal (5th) 12 days ago to TSC and got the paper receipts quickly (may be 10 days ago). I am trying to add the case numbers/check the status of these cases online, but I get the message of "Check the number, its not a valid case number" etc error...(duh...the number I am entering is correct...)

Does anyone else have/had this pbm lately. The case # starts with SRC09...

As I mentioned this is her 5th renewal and I have never gone thru this issue before...Just wondering why...
 
It is happening with me too. Last year when I filed my EAD, I was not able to add it to my profile till after at least 3 months and after that it was immediately approved.

It is weird as I think they don't sync their systems for the online system to be up to date.

If anyone has anything, please let's know.

ooohh...thats bad

3 months...as though they didn't really start anything with the case till that time...

Thats not good news for us...my wife's ead expires on the first week of March.

Anyway, thanks for the update.
 
Same here. Was always able to add the case to my portfolio but this time its giving me the "can't find case" error for both adding and just doing a case search. Hopefully its a temporary glitch in their system.
 
EAD card received

Hi All.

I was wondering why I was not able to add the Receipt numbers/check the online status for the EAD application, and Today we received my wife's EAD in mail approved for 2 years...

So, looks like even for IEAD, they dont need any FP/Photo anymore. I was waiting for the FP notice.

Thanks for all the input/information...Hoping AP also is approved...This is fast... we applied only on Feb 12th...

Thats what I thought

My wife's EAD renewal was Efiled. Infact we always E filed and had to go for FP...Not this time.

FYI...
 
I just got the approval today. Took less than a month and it was paper-filed. The online status never worked though.
