checking avm/talking to iio

do u think the CSC tracks the no of calls logged against ur case - it should be very simple to do so

and log the no of times
person has called IIO with reference to case no and
person has called the avm with reference to case no

Any ideas ?

In All centers the time and type of call to IIO is registered if the IIO bothers to enter a note in your file. Accessing AVM is not recorded in your file, is my belief.
