The receipt dates are all 3/14/02. While other cases earlier than those remained untouch, those got touched quickly. I was just surfing website and randomly input any numbers out of my brain and found out those.

By the way, many cases to Baltimore got transfered really early, does MD has some magic or what?

I am confused.
